1. Strictly no Returns or Exchanges.

  2. No refunds for lost cases or those held in customs in the country of destination.

  3. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that they indicate the correct phone unit for the case they are ordering. We will not accept requests for replacement if the ordered case is for a different phone unit than the buyer’s own (ie. Samsung A7 2016 vs Samsung A7 2017).

  4. We will only offer replacements for proper phone units if there is proof that the case does not fit the phone (either photo/video proof). Replacements will only be valid once.
